Fats are the overlooked superheroes of diet. For too long now, we in the West have been told over and over again to eat less fat. That fat is bad for us and will clog up our arteries, and it’s just not true!
Thankfully, the media and scientists are now coming to realise that fats are actually extremely important and crucial to a health and balanced diet.
I will be focusing on leading a happy and productive and healthy life by including beautiful, healthy fats into our diet.
I have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes and have many articles to present to you on this subject, but for now let me just start by saying welcome! And I hope you will join me on this journey of health and happiness with fats!
