In the clinic next to ours, I see a lot of patients calling in for refills of 180-240. They are starting to crack down, so it will probably not be as bad, but that’s ridiculous. The most I’ve seen is 900 Methadone/month (10 three times a day; I think they are the 10 mg doses).
